Here we are, its 11:00am in MA, its 8:00 in CA. Its hard coordinating across our three hours of time difference- but you can kinda keep it working. CA to Europe is right at the edge of the doable, and CA to Japan or Japan to CA only works if you can lead-in and follow-up with email.
At one point when I worked at GenRad we were having an afternoon meeting in California with a couple of guys who were trying to fix a customer problem in the Netherlands- I now realize they must have just left the bar and were heading to bed when we spoke… maybe that’s why we didn’t seem to make as much progress as we hoped!
