ok, so the specs:
the cake is around a foot and a half tall and weighs around 2 pounds.
i made a double batch of this chocolate cake recipe which was used for the main body of the cake.
the cookie dough for the mast and the dragon head was made using this recipe, also doubled.
the icing is a cream cheese icing made from the following recipe, once again, doubled.
Cream Cheese Icing:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 (1-pound) box confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add the vanilla.
sorry for the american measurements on everything. i’ll try to do the conversions for the height and weight of the cake as soon as i have time.
